This day we meet with wonderful Polish cities: Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot.
Early in the morning we start to the Russian-Polish border.
“The Big Gdansk” or Troimjasto includes three separate cities: historical Gdansk with charming streets and Hanseatic views, resort Sopot with sea beaches, green streets, elegant restaurants, bars and the center of night life; contemporary Gdynia is a city appeared on the place of the former fisherman village, but is a center of the cultural life of “The Big Gdansk”.
Numerous concerts, fairs, exhibitions, street performances and music festivals take place here.
You are waited for the walking along the streets of the Old Town which celebrated its millennial anniversary in 1997.
You go through the Royal way to the bank of Motlava River and see the Gold gate, the Green Bridge, the famous Crane, Neptune’s Fountain, St. Mary’s Church, King Arthur's Court and many other unique sights of the city.
Oliva, one of the most beautiful districts of Gdansk, meets you with a wonderful park in the center of which there is the Cathedral, one of the greatest monuments of the Gothic architecture of Gdansk.
You will definitely remember the sounds of its organ with more than 7876 pipes!
In Sopot you can walk on the longest wooden pier in Europe and along Monte Cassino street.
It is the most famous walking street in Poland with countless pubs and galleries as well as the famous Krzywy Domek.
It will be interesting!
After Gdynia we come back to Kaliningrad.
