The Museum Of The World Ocean

Here you will see the only embankment of the historical fleet In the country.

At the pier next to the Museum of the World Ocean, the research vessel "VITYAZ", listed in the Guinness Book of records, the country's only submarine-museum B-413, the world's only space communication vessel "Cosmonaut VIKTOR PATSAEV", the country's only fishing vessel-museum SRT-129, as well as the unique floating lighthouse "Irbensky" are moored.

You can go down inside a Soviet submarine, visit the hold of the research ship "VIKTOR PATSAEV", which is still an active space communication vessel, and visit the legendary research vessel" VITYAZ", listed in the Guinness Book of records.

Friedrichsburg gate

The next unique object of the Museum is the Friedrichsburg gate.

This is the only historical gate that led not to the city, but to the fortress of the same name.
The fortress of Friedrichsburg was built on the banks of the Pregel river in 1657 on the instructions of elector Friedrich Wilhelm.

River Trip

During the navigation period (April-September), you can take a tour of the Pregole river on Board a pleasure boat.

You will pass by the old Exchange building (today-the Museum of fine arts), the stylized quarter "fish village", the colorful house where Baron Munchausen spent the night, along the embankment where locals fish.
Skirting the island of Kneiphof with the Konigsberg Cathedral, you will pass under The Konigsberg bridges, famous for the problem of mathematician Leonhard Euler, and touch the mysterious legends of the ancient Prussian city.
