This is a new phenomenon in the restaurants’ map of Kaliningrad! The restaurant is equipped with the only dry meat aging camera in Kaliningrad which allows cooking juicy and flavoured steaks.

The concept of Ugli can be best described as ‘theatre’, that means that the restaurant is perfect for holding bright and tasty events. For it, everything is considered: the interior, lighting and sound, the staff’s costumes and tableware.

The main components of the restaurant are visual wow-effect concept and inimitable cuisine of an Ugli’s brand chef Charle Visser. It features bringing out new facets of taste in usual dishes and refined uniqueness.
