The Шишки
THE Shishki is a unique project created by Siberians who moved to the Baltic in 2021.
It has a bright Siberian flavor and its own special character.
The restobar has an excellent convenient location, between the most popular places in the city - Resort Avenue and the promenade, a little away from the endless flow of tourists, bustle and noise, a comfortable corner of Siberia with an exquisite interior and hospitable service.
We adhere to natural cuisine, with minimal processing of products, in order to convey to the guest the most pure taste of the original ingredient. As additives, we take root vegetables, herbs, and spices that nature itself produces, use the most modern technological equipment, use elements of fermentation and create culinary masterpieces that end up on the table of our guests.
The philosophy of the restobar “THE Shishki” combines all the best that nature can give us and the professionalism of a chef who constantly strives to surpass himself.
TODAY WE OFFER:
Starts in the raw style, that is, raw, with pure and clear natural tastes of fish and meat - ceviche, gravlax, stroganina and tartars, which will become a real discovery and excite the taste buds.
Hot dishes, among which the main place is occupied by game and fish with minimal heat treatment, delicately selected side dishes and sauces that emphasize the taste.
Soups. To prepare a soup such as borscht, we use traditional cooking methods - long simmering, and when serving, we extinguish a scorched splinter in the soup in order to maximally convey the taste of the fire on which our ancestors prepared this dish a long time ago.
Dumplings and dumplings, which we make by hand, are a traditional Siberian dish.

A varied bar menu with the best wines and premium spirits, a wide range of signature cocktails in the Siberian style, branded liqueurs and lemonades on cordials of our own production;
Author's desserts with pine nuts, fresh berries and delicate farm cottage cheese whipped into a lush mousse.
We are waiting for our guests at the address Zelenogorsk, st. Pugacheva, 3b (at the intersection with Polishchuk St.). This is a favorite place for relaxation and walks for citizens and guests of the city. Nearby there is a large promenade along the seashore, from where a gentle breeze blows, bringing light salty aromas of the sea and sand, numerous greenery growing around in abundance and from the panoramic windows of our restobar you can see a gorgeous view of the Baltic Eye Ferris wheel.
The restobar invites you to plunge from the atmosphere of the sunny sea coast into the coolness of the Siberian forest. Natural wood and natural shades are used to decorate the main hall, which allows you to create a harmonious and cozy atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. Guests can choose tables with a view of the Ferris wheel, with cozy sofas, or in the center, where you can organize a party for a large company.
During the warm season, there is a comfortable terrace and musical performances by artists on weekend evenings.
