Karmann’s – Yantar Hall

Karmann’s hotel – Yantar Hall is a designer hotel, opened in 2021, the largest and most modern in Svetlogorsk, comfortably located in the middle of a pine forest. Panoramic windows allow you to feel involved in the healing seaside nature. The hotel is conveniently located on the central street of Svetlogorsk, next to the famous Yantar Hall theater and Organ Hall, a two-minute walk from the Svetlogorsk promenade leading to the beach.

In addition to accommodation in comfortable rooms of various categories with modern equipment, the hotel offers a restaurant with a summer terrace “Felix Krul”, where you can taste culinary classics from different countries, prepared from local products, as well as grilled dishes. The panoramic bar “Höhe” is located on the roof. There are two conference rooms, a gym and a spa complex with a sauna, hammam and hydromassage pool. Restaurant

The restaurant of progressive and healthy cuisine with elements of adventurism "Felix Krul" is unique not only for its open kitchen and coal oven, on which a wide variety of dishes acquire a completely unique taste and aroma. The restaurant also has a cozy all-weather terrace.
The restaurant terrace is adjacent to the building and organically continues the restaurant premises. It is well protected from wind and rain using special structures. In good weather, they open and move apart, and do not interfere with enjoying the sun and fresh sea air.
Panoramic Grill Bar

"Höhe" means height in German. Our grill bar is located on the roof of the hotel, and it offers a wonderful panorama of the forest and the sea.
